Everything You Need to Know About Imperial Bus

We have 49 and 56 passenger coaches.
No, We travel throughout the United States and Canada.
All our buses are non-smoking, and Alcohol is permitted on specific charters, but additional refundable deposit and cleaning fee will be required.
Yes, it is required a 10% nonrefundable deposit per bus.
No, Driver’s Gratuity is left to the customer’s discretion.
Yes, Imperial Bus Company is happy to accommodate small groups as well as large ones.
Our buses are regularly maintained, and all drivers are certified professionals trained in safety protocols.
Charters must be canceled 10 business days prior the trip for a refund.
Balance is due 10 business days prior the trip. If there are any additional or incidental charges incurred that were not part of the original itinerary, a final Invoice will be sent at the end of the trip
It is the responsibility of the client to provide lodging for the driver.
All tolls and parking fees will be the client’s responsibility.
We accept VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, Money Orders, Cashier Personal or Company checks. We also accept University, Government or School Districts Purchase Orders.
