Everything You Need to Know About Imperial Bus

What size coaches do you have available?

We have 49 and 56 passenger coaches.

Do you go to Mexico?

No, We travel throughout the United States and Canada.

Is smoking or drinking allowed on the coaches?

All our buses are non-smoking, and Alcohol is permitted on specific charters, but additional refundable deposit and cleaning fee will be required.

Do you require a deposit to hold the bus?

Yes, it is required a 10% nonrefundable deposit per bus.

Is Driver’s gratuity included on the quote?

No, Driver’s Gratuity is left to the customer’s discretion.

Do you accommodate small groups?

Yes, Imperial Bus Company is happy to accommodate small groups as well as large ones.

What safety measures do you follow?

Our buses are regularly maintained, and all drivers are certified professionals trained in safety protocols.

What is the cancellation policy?

Charters must be canceled 10 business days prior the trip for a refund.

When is the balance due?

Balance is due 10 business days prior the trip. If there are any additional or incidental charges incurred that were not part of the original itinerary, a final Invoice will be sent at the end of the trip

On overnight trips who will be responsible for the Driver’s room?

It is the responsibility of the client to provide lodging for the driver.

Who is responsible for toll fees and parking charges?

All tolls and parking fees will be the client’s responsibility.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, Money Orders, Cashier Personal or Company checks. We also accept University, Government or School Districts Purchase Orders.

Do your buses have Wi-Fi and other amenities?

Yes, our motorcoaches are equipped with Wi-Fi and a variety of modern amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.
