MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
We have a very frequent preventive maintenance program for our Buses. Also, our Buses are inspected regularly by governing agencies to make sure that We meet all the Department of Transportation regulations requirements. We have one of the highest ratings with the department of public safety and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association.,
EMERGENCY ROAD PLAN
On an Emergency situation we have a 24-7 Emergency Phone Line, we also work with other Bus companies Nationwide and We have a 24 HR Roadside Assistance program.
DRIVER HIRING CRITERIA
When it comes to our Drivers we only employ experienced, professional operators with a minimum 3 years experience who must complete our training program, They also have to successfully complete a road test and writing exam, we also do a background check and MVR on the past 5 years. We do a Pre-Employment medical and Drug test, always making sure that they will safely operate a bus following all speed limits and traffic Laws.

No, We travel throughout the United States and Canada.
All our buses are non-smoking, and Alcohol is permitted on specific charters, but additional refundable deposit and cleaning fee will be required.
Yes, it is required a 10% nonrefundable deposit per bus.
Charters must be canceled 10 business days prior the trip for a refund.
Balance is due 10 business days prior the trip. If there are any additional or incidental charges incurred that were not part of the original itinerary, a final Invoice will be sent at the end of the trip
It is the responsibility of the client to provide lodging for the driver.
All tolls and parking fees will be the client’s responsibility.
No, Driver’s Gratuity is left to the customer’s discretion.
We accept VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, Money Orders, Cashier Personal or Company checks. We also accept University, Government or School Districts Purchase Orders.
